PAYMENT

A valid credit or debit card is required to purchase and secure your requested event date/time. Payment in full or deposit must be made or the request will be subject to cancellation.

CANCELLATION/REFUND/RESCHEDULE POLICY:
***There will be a $100 cancellation fee for all events canceled after payment is received*** Events canceled up to 7 days prior to the scheduled event will be refunded in full ***less the cancellation fee***. 

Innovation Game Station (IGS) will make every effort to postpone/reschedule your event, with no penalty, to another date should cancellation be necessary. 

There will be NO REFUND if the event is canceled within 7 days of the scheduled event.

TRAVEL SURCHARGE

We serve an area with a radius of 25 miles from Missouri City, TX 77459  Parties outside of our 25 mile primary service area will incur a travel surcharge added by distance.

TAX EXEMPTIONS 

If your nonprofit organization has qualified for sales tax exemption with the Comptroller's office, it can claim a sales tax exemption by providing us with a properly completed Form 01-339, Texas Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certification.

PRIVACY POLICY

Innovation Game Station (IGS) is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make bookings with IGS as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

DAMAGE/INJURY

Innovation Game Station (IGS) or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the theater in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, Innovation Game Station (IGS) reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of same by client’s guests. Innovation Game Station (IGS) and its employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client’s property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.

FOOD/DRINK

Innovation Game Station (IGS) does not allow any food or drinks in the video game theater. Please have  guests consume food/drinks outside of the trailer.

ALCOHOL/DRUGS

You may serve alcohol at an Innovation Game Station (IGS) event or party; however, drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around the OInnovation Game Station (IGS) equipment. Any observed use of illegal narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of the party immediately.  We reserve the right to terminate any party if the use of alcohol is deemed excessive or unsafe.

TIPS

The Game Coach is there to make sure that your group is making the most of our high-tech fun.  Tipping for good service is a great idea, but not required.

TRAILER PARKING AND DRIVEWAY ACCESS

We must have a safe and approved place to park. We also need a fairly level area to park our truck and trailer.  We require approximately 60 feet of space for setup.  We will not travel on UNPAVED single-lane access roads or driveways due to safety concerns for our staff and equipment.

Booking any party constitutes your agreement with our policies.
